Starting three months before your big day, we guide you through three personalized planning meetings, a detailed venue walkthrough, and full coordination with your vendors. On the wedding day, our team—including two additional assistants—manages everything from décor setup and timeline execution to vendor oversight and clean-up, ensuring your day is stress-free, organized, and unforgettable.

Wedding Coordinating
Setup & Cleanup Included
Perfect for the couple who’s planned their wedding but wants a trusted professional to bring it all together, this package ensures a seamless and stress-free celebration, starting three months before your big day.
What’s Included:

Initial Planning Consultation: A comprehensive 90-minute meeting to understand your vision, priorities, style, and logistical needs.

Dedicated Coordination Starting 3 Months Out: We step in to fine-tune all moving parts, align vendor schedules, and ensure no detail is missed.

While communication with vendors does not begin until three months prior to your event, communication with clients begins immediately upon contract signing. From that point forward, I am available to provide guidance, expertise, and support throughout the planning process.

Three 1-Hour Planning Sessions: Strategically scheduled to check progress, offer expert advice, and finalize plans.

Venue Walkthrough & Logistics Meeting: In-person review of layout, flow, and final décor placement.

Customized Wedding Day Timeline: A detailed timeline crafted for you, your vendors, and your bridal party to keep everyone on track.

Vendor Communication & Confirmation: We’ll contact all vendors to confirm arrival times, services, and setup requirements—and become their point of contact from here on out.

Rehearsal Coordination (1 Hour): Direction for the ceremony processional and recessional to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

Full Wedding Day Coordination (Up to 12 Hours): Lead coordinator and two assistants on-site to manage the entire event.

Décor Setup & Styling: Our team will implement your design plan with precision and care, from ceremony backdrops to reception tablescapes.

Day-Of Oversight: Real-time management of logistics, vendor arrivals, schedule flow, and guest experience—so you can be fully present.

Emergency Kit On-Hand: A fully stocked kit with wedding-day essentials, just in case.

Full Wedding Planning & Coordinating
This all-inclusive package is designed for the bride who has a clear vision but wants to enjoy the journey without the stress of managing vendors, logistics, or timelines. From the moment you book, we take the reins—handling every detail with care, creativity, and professionalism so you can focus on the joy of your engagement.

Vendor Research & Booking: We’ll source multiple vendor options (florist, photographer, videographer, etc.), collect quotes, check availability, and schedule meetings at your request.

Contract & Payment Management: Once you choose your vendors, we’ll handle bookings. You can opt for us to make payments on your behalf or manage them yourself.

Bridal & Tasting Appointments: We coordinate and schedule all key appointments, from dress fittings to catering tastings.

Shared Planning Spreadsheet: Stay in the loop with a live document detailing vendor info, pricing, arrival times, and payment schedules—with reminders included.

Décor Setup & Styling:

Complete Styling of All Event Spaces: We’ll style tablescapes, bar tops, cocktail areas, and more according to your design plan.

Personal Items & Decor Placement: Our team ensures everything is placed with intention and care.
End-of-Night Services:

Vendor Wrap-Up: Coordination with all vendors to close out the night smoothly.

Clean-Up Management: We’ll manage the cleanup of décor and trash (excluding tables and chairs).

Personal Item Pack-Up: All personal items will be safely packed and placed in your designated vehicle.
All plans are for 150 - 200 guest count weddings larger are an upcharge due to staffing needs.
